00:08Brilliant, tell me how it feels to be celebrating your second birthday.
00:13Honestly, it feels amazing. I think in a time where independent businesses are, you know, falling left, right and centre just because of the general climate at the moment,
00:23to be able to say that we've reached two years is absolutely phenomenal.
00:27And what has those two years been like?
00:29To be honest, really quick. It was only the start of this month that I realised that actually it's pushing up for two years.
00:36It's just one of those, I think you get so caught up in the day-to-day running that you forget how much time is actually passing quite quickly.
00:44But yeah, it's been lovely to meet all of the local people that have come in, all the people from the estate at CBRE.
00:50Yeah, it's just been a really good two years.
00:54So the reaction's been really good then?
00:56Yeah, it's been fantastic. I think when you open a new business anywhere, it's really difficult to know just how exactly it's going to go.
01:04But yeah, the reaction to Rosario & Co has been absolutely phenomenal and we've got support all across the borough, which is fantastic.
01:11Tell me any future plans for the business?
01:13I mean, obviously there's always going to be plans for growth for any business.
01:17Ideally, we'd like to expand across the borough, across the county.
01:23The long-term dream is to be able to open up a couple of stores across Hampshire.
01:28But for now, it's just to keep going with what we know best, really.
