00:18of its towns submerged in historic flooding. Thousands have already been evacuated from

00:27The Pays de la Loire region is also experiencing floods, isolating towns and cutting off roads
00:33as seen in the small market town of Saint-Aubin-du-Pavoille.
00:40A team of 10 Austrian power workers has joined the EU's efforts to support Ireland in the
00:45wake of Storm Eowyn. The team arrived in Ireland on Tuesday to assist EBS with power restoration,
00:52while the EU has sent 13 generators to the country following the storm.
