00:17Yes, Rafi. The Comelec asked us to print 1.6 million balotas in just one day in the National Printing Office yesterday.

00:27They are happy that their target is more than 1.5 million per day.

00:32They also admitted that verification is needed for each balota and each balota is passed through an automated counting machine to know if it's a good balot.

00:43Comelec verifiers are also being tested to make sure that each balota meets the standard.

00:49Remember, Comelec said that in their first printing, the rejected ballots reached 25 to 30 percent, and this is what they are trying to reduce.

01:05NamPrel, PPCRV, Lente, PNP, AFP and the Philippine Post Guard are the groups that Comelec invited to the elections.
