Cosi Michele Vigne, presidente Nazionale ANVCG, ha dichiarato all'evento celebrativo della Giornata nazionale delle vittime civili delle guerre e dei conflitti nel mondo, che si è svolto oggi nel Salone dei Cinquecento di Palazzo Vecchio a Firenze.
