00:00Four children were killed after being trapped in their burnt house in Balanga City, Bataan.

00:09Among the victims were three-year-old girls.

00:12According to the fire marshal, the victims were not able to get out because the steel door was locked and the windows were also grilled.

00:28A suspect was arrested in Caloocan in the murder of a 22-year-old girl who was allegedly involved in a gang war.
