00:12The Department of Social Welfare and Development is looking for help from the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:20for the poorest and most in need of Filipinos.

00:24This is followed by the good performance of the government

00:27in the fourth quarter report made by the Social Welfare Station in 2024.

00:32Among the high satisfaction ratings are the help to the victims of calamity and the poorest.

00:39The government's improvement in the education of children is also high in the approval rating.

00:46While the administration's response to other issues such as food security,

00:52climate change, and transparency of the government.

00:55Because of this, DSWG will strengthen the programs to fight the calamity

01:01such as the whole country is ready and the creation of disaster response command center and mobile kitchen.

01:07The programs will continue such as the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino

01:11that has additional grants for the poor and families with small children

01:16and projects such as assistance to individuals in crisis situation.

01:21The implementation of the No Hunger Program will be improved

01:24that will be able to address the issue of hunger.

01:27The project Lawa at Binhi will be continued

01:30to improve the effect of El Niño and La Niña in the agriculture sector.

01:34The tutoring program will be expanded.

01:37The Education Department is pleased with its help to the students who are having a hard time reading

01:44and to give a chance to the poor college students who earn through teaching.

01:50Transparency and accountability will be given importance to the regular live stream programs

01:55such as the Story of Hope and Change and the DSWG Media Forum.
