00:00Ladies and Gentlemen,
00:04I welcome the Government's efforts to increase foreign investment in high-tech and digital technologies.
00:24The strengthening of the infrastructure and digital economy,
00:31the improvement of cyber security, and the use of modern technology must be implemented swiftly.
00:46The Government's service system must also be improved by using more accurate and smooth digital technology.
01:04This is a violation of the practice of bribery and misuse of power,
01:12as well as the culture of red tape that hinders the affairs of the people.
01:20However, I would like to remind the people to always be careful not to become victims of cyber crimes
01:42such as money laundering, bribery, scams and theft.
01:53I am also concerned about the culture of slander and incitement in the media
02:05that causes confusion, hostility and division among the people.
02:19Therefore, the Government must be firm in upholding this culture
02:29and be proactive in providing accurate and reliable information.
