00:00We're here again with Zedd. I love running into you at the Grammys. I mean dance is having a huge
00:05year at the Grammys. Who are you most excited to see? I don't know if I can pinpoint one,
00:11but I can give a quick shout out to everybody in my category because I don't think I would be
00:17standing here if it wasn't for the influence for some of the people that got nominated. So I have
00:21to give homage to the people that essentially got me to be who I am. And I don't know if there's a
00:27bigger honor than being nominated in the same category as your heroes. So yeah, shout out.
00:32That's so beautiful. And I mean, another thing, speaking of that influence,
00:37I love how collaborative dance is. You guys really value community. Speaking of community,
00:43we're really, we're shouting out LA tonight. What is something that you love most about LA?
00:48You're here all the time. Oh, I love LA. I mean, yeah, and move here.
00:51Part of it is the community. Part of it is the collaboration that you mentioned,
00:55because I grew up in Germany and it felt like it was impossible to reach people.
01:01And the moment I moved to LA, it felt like everybody was open to any sort of experimentation,
01:06collaboration. You know, I've been collaborating with artists that are not in my lane from country
01:11to classical, you name it. And I feel like that sense of, yeah, let's try it out is so much here
01:17in LA. So I love it here. Obviously, the last weeks have been devastating. You know, if somebody
01:25hasn't lost something, they probably know somebody who has. And it's been really heartwarming to see
01:30people come together in desperate times like that. And it makes me feel even better about being a
01:35part of a city that has so much love to share. I agree. Maybe you love LA even more.
01:39I know. And a king of LA, Kendrick Lamar, you know, he's going to be playing at the Super Bowl.
01:44Who are you rooting for in the Super Bowl? Okay. I was rooting for somebody who's no longer in.
01:49So I don't know. Okay. Part of me does not want to the same team to win this many times in a row.
01:55Okay. But the other team knocked out the team I was rooting for it. As you can
02:00tell, I'm not naming anyone. He's being very specific. Yes. But I'm rooting for a really good
02:07game. Period. Same thing. Are you a politician? I do hope everyone has fun on the field. So yes.
02:14Well, thank you so much. It's always a pleasure seeing you. Have a great night. Have fun.
