00:31She also says the criteria for beneficiaries were vague,
00:34with only workers affected by inflation or earning below the minimum wage qualifying.
00:39Meantime, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong raises concerns about the ACAP's similarities to pork barrel
00:45and notes it is plagued with many irregularities.
00:48President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. had placed the P26 billion ACAP budget for 2025 under conditional implementation.
