00:00Three minors were at home after their motorcycle collided with a closed van in Pangasinan.

00:10A rider hit a traffic enforcer on the way to Cagayan de Oro, who jumped on him.

00:20Because it's a one-way road in Cagayan de Oro City, the traffic enforcer blocked the counter-flow of the motorcycle.

00:30The rider went down, but he suddenly hit the enforcer.

00:34The woman in the van tried to stop him, but the rider didn't listen and even broke his helmet.

00:41The hit crossed the road before the police responded.

00:46According to the Roads and Traffic Administration or RTA, their office is ready to file a case, but it depends on the enforcer.

00:55The rider is still trying to get a statement, adding that he will talk to the RTA office.

01:04This rider, however, is critical and is no longer in the 20th place due to a broken bone.

01:10He hit another motorcycle in Katanawan, Quezon.
