00:17Last afternoon at 3 p.m., this part of Rizal and Recto Avenue in Manila was bombed.

00:25Two women were hostaged by one man.

00:30According to one of the victims, the suspect is one of the fixers in Recto that suddenly entered their printing shop.

00:37A lot of police chased him. He had no choice. He suddenly entered here.

00:43We were shocked, sir. We can't believe it.

00:46According to the police, he was pointing a knife at the owner of the shop and brought it to the back of the store.

00:53He was already using his car like that.

00:58When we talked to him about the problem, I found out that he was not being paid by his employer.

01:05So it is a financial problem.

01:08Before being hostaged, the police chased him because of the case of robbery.

01:13The negotiation lasted more than an hour.

01:17We immediately sent our personnel to clear the area.

01:33The suspect asked for his employer to give him a late salary and to see his mother.
