00:00The House Prosecution Panel made it clear that they will take any step of the Senate regarding the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:18The House Prosecution Panel respects any decision of the Senate regarding the timeline of the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:30According to House Deputy Majority Leader Lawrence Defensor, one of the prosecuted by the Camera, they hope that the trial will start as soon as possible.

00:44Since the Constitution provides that the trial shall proceed forthwith, if we interpret forthwith, it should be as soon as possible.

00:54But since the Senate is an independent body, and we respect their independence being a bicameral legislature, we will leave that to the interpretation of the Senate.

01:06According to One Rider Partylist Rep. Roge Cutreres, no matter what happens, they will continue with their preparations.

01:13They will also hold an information campaign so that the public can understand the impeachment process.

01:19The Impeachment Secretariat's Camera is already forming, but it is not yet clear who will be counted here.
