00:00A man in Tondo, Manila has been arrested for killing his live-in partner.

00:07The accused admitted that he hit the victim, but he did not mean to kill her.

00:12We have the first news from Jomer Apresto.

00:15We are arresting this man for the crime of murder.

00:23This man did not go beyond the authorities when he was arrested inside his home in Tondo, Manila.

00:31The man is on the 4th most wanted persons list of the National Capital Region Police Office

00:37and the top 1 most wanted of the Manila Police District for the crime of murder.

00:42He was the one who was accused of killing a man in Muriones last April.

00:47According to the police, the accused hit the victim.

00:51The accused saw the victim with his live-in partner in the room and was using drugs.

00:58Our suspect has two daughters.

01:01Because of his anger, he hit the man until he lost consciousness.

01:09This is a sample where we can see that a family is being destroyed because of drugs.

01:16The victim was rushed to the hospital, but he died instantly.

01:19The accused immediately hid in Pasay City and was admitted there as a stay-in helper.

01:25He was only here when the Warrant of Arrest was issued against him.

01:29He was arrested with the help of the barangay.

01:31We knew that he was coming home when he was taking his clothes or when he was washing.

01:37So we acted.

01:39According to the accused, he was informed that he had a relationship with the victim.

01:44When he arrived home, he hit the victim to teach him a lesson.

01:49But he did not expect that he would kill the victim.

01:53There are many who say that I'm not a bad person.

01:58The accused will remain in the custody of the Del Pan Police Station while waiting for the court's commitment order.
