00:00There are motorists who were found dead at EDSA busway and one of them introduced himself as a US Embassy employee.

00:10Another one is a rider who was found dead at the scene of the D.O.T.R. and a cyclist.

00:20Authorities stopped the rider after he crossed the EDSA busway at Ortigas Avenue.

00:29But instead of stopping, the rider fell down and was hit by an operative from the D.O.T.R. Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation or D.O.T.R. SAIC.

00:39Even though he was hit, the rider still went straight and entered the bike lane where he was hit by a cyclist.

00:46That's where he was caught.

00:49Don't make excuses.

00:56The 56-year-old biker who was caught by the D.O.T.R. SAIC was in Tujol.

01:00That's where he was caught. His motorcycle was stolen.

01:03According to the D.O.T.R. SAIC, their team leader, who was hit by a cyclist, was not injured.
