00:19Yes, as you said, this Chinese Research Vessel was last spotted 17 nautical miles from Lubang, Occidental Mindoro.
00:28The first thing that was detected was the so-called Research Vessel Lanhai-101 last week
00:32that was sailing the part of the island within our archipelagic waters.
00:37Immediately, the Philippine Navy ship BRP Andres Bonifacio was deployed
00:43and another Philippine Coast Guard ship BRP Melchor Aquino was deployed to guard the area.
00:47The Chinese Research Vessel responded well and said that their re-routing was due to the poor condition of the sea
00:54in the northern part of the island and they were determined to follow them to the Rites of Innocence Passage.
01:00The Navy said that when the Chinese Research Vessel arrived in Port Klang, Malaysia,
01:05and that it will return to Shandong, China,
01:07the AFP ensured that it was well-guarded to ensure the safety of our sea.
