00:22Una itong namataan noong April 22 at lumapit ng 2 nautical miles lamang mula sa Babuyan Islands.
00:29Kasama nito ang 6 pang warship at 2 support vessels.
00:34Kaagad nag-deploy ng maritime assets ang Naval Forces Northern Luzon at AFP Northern Luzon Command
00:40para bantayan at radyohan ng mga naturang barkong pandigma ng China pero hindi sumagot ang mga ito.

01:51Kasama raw ang China sa may commitment para sa pagbuo ng South China Sea Code of Conduct at target na magkaroon ng iisang konsensus o kasunduan para rito.
02:01It's contentious in the sense that there are issues that need to get the consensus of all countries.
02:07But as the president said, we still have to address important issues such as the scope of the code, also the nature of the code and its relation also to the declaration of the code principles adopted in 2002 on the South China Sea.
02:25Well, we're all politically committed to achieving having a code by next year but we'll see, we'll try our best.
02:33Samantala, patuloy na binabantayan ng mga opisyal ng Pilipinas sa China ang sitwasyon ng tatlong Pinoy na naaresto roon.
02:40Dahil sa monoy pang espiya, nagpabot na rin ng tulong ang gobyerno sa mga pamilya ng ating mga kababayan na taga-Palawan.
