00:24state of emergency, while interim Vice President Mohamed Al-Baradei resigned over the killings.

00:37Dubai police and the Roads and Traffic Authority are considering reducing the speed limit on
00:40Dubai roads due to an increase in the number of run-over accidents. Since the beginning
00:45of 2013, 27 people have died due to run-over incidents, an increase from last year's 24
00:51deaths that occurred in the same period, a top police official has said.
