00:08October 15th, 2014. Gina Pickett, age 19.
00:13She's working at the Hot Topic at the Welltown Mall. Shift ended at 6pm.
00:18She leaves the building at 6.10pm. Now mall surveillance sees her in the mall parking lot headed to her car except she never made it there.
00:26She disappeared into a blind spot. Never to be seen again.
00:29Next day the car is found when her sister goes looking for her. Police were called to the scene.
00:35And nobody around Gina or following her on the surveillance video?
00:40Nope. I went through hours of footage from those mall cameras, all of them, and I got nothing. Nothing.
00:47But her manager told the cops that Gina mentioned seeing a guy hanging around outside the store the week before she disappeared.
00:58Yes, and the police pulled that store footage. They ID'd the guy's Frank Wales.
01:02Now Frank had a prior in Kentucky for sexually assaulting his teenage neighbor.
01:06Police looked into Wales, checked his whereabouts. He wasn't at the mall the day Gina vanished.
01:13I'm not buying that there's no coincidence. He was there every day except that one. And then not after?
