00:00IWRC is Indian Workers Resource Centre, though its scope and service extends to all the expert
00:13community, Indian expert community in UAE and we basically have a toll-free line 800
00:2146342 800 India where Indians all over UAE can contact this number 24 by 7 for their
00:33information-related enquiry, work-related grievance registration and redressal,
00:40marital dispute, financial issues and other related relevant problems so they can get in
00:48touch with us. Along with this maintaining the toll-free line which is meant by the multilingual
00:54staff 24 by 7, we have counsellors who are experts like personal or psychological,
01:07financial and legal. So basically three types of counselling we do provide as by the selected
01:16experts from Indian embassy and consulate who are actually available in specific date and time by
01:24appointment and we cater to those people who need specific and expert advice. Along with that
01:33we do conduct awareness campaigns throughout UAE for various subjects and matters to the
01:42communities and mostly in the workers accommodation. They don't have to come here,
01:47we will reach them if they call us a toll-free line and if they require any counselling even
01:53somebody is not mentally active have been you know dislodged by any personal tragedy trauma back home
02:01so the personal counsellors even connect with them by a counselling session
02:05though the person is in US and the counsellor is in IWRC centre. So this sort of facilities
02:12by the modern you know whatever the technological age we have so we are utilising it to the fullest
02:20extent to provide help and relief to the community sometimes see for us they are
02:25sometimes they are getting the range of the call sometimes not to the they say you know
02:30in different places Ajman or other ports so they do call us this toll-free line. Housemates
02:38sometime they know that this 24 by 7 line is operational so if they want to see that okay
02:45want to seek help when everybody late night everybody is asleep and all but then you knew
02:50wanted to say that any issues problem so they can use it they can use this line this is a toll-free
02:55line. So these are like some of the aspects when Indian consulate or embassy is closed for the day
03:00and at that point of time this IWRC staffs are there to provide guidance to provide whatever
03:08the way help can be you know extended to the particular caller whichever the way or as per
03:15the capacity we have some restriction but within this restriction on cope-up service whatever the
03:20way you can it has been provided to them.
