00:00Rana Madan is like a yearly running for our group because every day in Rana Madan days

00:13the hours of our work is like four hours to six hours.

00:16It's our way of celebrating Rana Madan though we're not Muslims but since we're here so

00:22it's our way of saying thank you and it's also a way of knowing the different parts

00:27of Dubai.

00:28We're starting running from seven until nine or ten it depends upon the kilometre we have.

00:34We are running from mosque to mosque it's like an adventure.

00:37I've been running for six years in Rana Madan we started 2013.

00:43Every day I'm running because I really love Rana Madan because of course it's for camaraderie

00:49it's you can meet a lot of people.

00:52My health is really improved, yeah my endurance.

00:56I wanted to meet friends I wanted to um because I love running I wanted to stay fit.

01:02When we started we were only 20 imagine that and today this year we're a hundred and twenty

01:10during the first day.

01:11It was fun and exciting I meet a lot of people learn a lot of stuff about Rana Madan the

01:16culture of Dubai and the places that we've been gone.

01:22You get good benefits in this Rana Madan especially if you have a perfect attendance in the whole

01:29Rana Madan because from every day you need to run from four to I think four to sixteen

01:38kilometre and from it through running you'll burn a lot of fats.

01:43Lessons is discipline and stay focused determination is there discipline is the most important

01:49because we're not going to wait this is our running time and we've got to go.
