New Ration Card Applications : కొత్త రేషన్‌కార్డుల కోసం దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణపై నెలకొన్న గందరగోళానికి తెరదించుతూ సర్కారు కీలక ప్రకటన చేసింది. మీసేవ కేంద్రాల్లో దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ నిరంతరం ఉంటుందని స్పష్టం చేసింది. దరఖాస్తుల సమర్పణకు నిర్దేశిత గడువు ఏమీ లేదన్న సర్కార్‌ కులగణన, ప్రజాపాలనలో అర్జీలు ఇచ్చినవారు మళ్లీ ఇవాళ్సిన అవసరం లేదని తేల్చిచెప్పింది. రేషన్ కార్డుల్లో పిల్లల పేర్లు సహా కుటుంబసభ్యుల్ని పౌరసరఫరాల శాఖ చేర్చుతోంది. కొత్తగా 18 లక్షల మంది పేర్లు చేర్చాలని దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు.
