00:00I've been living in Dubai for 13 years, moved here in 2008, next door, but one.
00:10We met Jiginder who moved in at the same time, with our daughters playing outside on the
00:13main road.
00:14So that's when we actually met each other, the daughters started playing with each other.
00:17They were five, four and three, so they were quite young.
00:20And since that time we've got to know each other.
00:22We had a very good time with our neighbor.
00:25They belong from the Pakistan Lahore model town.
00:28So we like, you know, spend here time like a family.
00:33We all, you know, are very much happy and we have a very good memory, a nice journey
00:39between both families.
00:41It helps having the same culture, the same language and the same food, and we kind of
00:45hit it off from there.
00:46Over the years we spend all our time together.
00:48We go camping, barbecues, picnics, the daughters do sleepovers, so all of that has grown.
00:54Obviously with the Eid and Diwali's, we celebrate the festivals and we're like brother and sisters.
00:59So we're there for each other, we've been supporting each other.
01:02In Dubai, people come and go very, very quickly.
01:06And for us it's been that constant that we've had each other for the last 13 years.
01:09I mean, hence, you know, Jiginder's purchased this property, we rent, but we decided not
01:14to move because of Jiginder, his family, his daughters as well.
01:18So our daughters are very, very close.
01:20They've grown up since they were three and five.
01:22Now they're all teenagers.
01:23So, you know, they spend all of that time together, so it was comfortable for us.
01:27And it's resulted in a very, very strong relationship.
01:29We are, like I said, family to each other.
01:35We always pray for the peace in between the both countries because this is very important
01:41for all of us to live with the neighbour country peacefully.
01:45I think the ones that do hatred, I think people need to grow up and, you know, you need to
01:49learn to live in harmony and peace with each other.
01:51We want to give the, you know, like a positive message to the world.
01:56We are one, we are together and we want to live together.
