00:42During the pandemic, we saw a lot of people affected at that time.

00:47We thought, how can we gather funds to donate to different foundations that help these people.

00:57So you started this business because you wanted to help.

01:01This is just your advocacy to be able to help others during the pandemic.

01:05What was your job before?

01:08I was a marketing associate of a bank.

01:13Is this still part-time or full-time?

01:17I'm doing it full-time already because my time is being demanded by the business.

01:24Demand, meaning it's growing.

01:27How much capital did you start with, Sir Geno?

01:31If I remember it correctly, less than 5,000 pesos.

01:36Wow, less than 5,000 pesos. What's the secret, Sir Geno?

01:41The main reason why we started is we listen to customers.

01:47We treat customers as family.

01:51We innovate and come up with ideas on how to become better.

01:57How long have you been baking?

01:59Not all bakers can bake cookies to start this business.

02:05Is this something you're passionate about or you've always wanted to do before entering this business?

02:14Actually, I get surprised when I share this because I don't have experience of anything.

02:21During the pandemic, I erased all my learnings on baking on YouTube.

02:26What? You just learned on your own?

02:29Any tips or advice or any lessons that you have learned that you would like to share with those people who want to enter the cookie business?

02:37First of all, of course, it's the Lord.

02:40Every decision and actions that you make.

02:43Secondly, change your outlook on the problem.

02:48Be positive.

02:49When you solve that problem, that's the God's way that you're on the next level.

03:03We have 10 flavors in total.

03:06There are 5 with a cheesecake base and 5 with a chocolate base.
