00:00Where do you think is the best place to take your kids during half-term in Sheffield?
00:05Probably the different playgroups in different areas. I tend to just look online more than
00:10anything just to see if there's any local groups going around. It might take them to
00:15some local green space or anything, but in terms of actual things to do, there's not
00:19really much museums. If you do go through somewhere like the Millennium Gallery, just
00:24walk through in five minutes and it's done. So I think by that point you might as well
00:28just go to a green space in a local park and they'll have more fun there.
00:32Have you got a favourite one?
00:33Well, I'm from Chapel Town, so it's that kind of Chapel Town, or Elsica tends to be my go-to.
00:41Probably monkey business.
00:43Yeah, like Centertainment.
00:45Yeah, monkey business, definitely. Or Centertainment, whether it's at Hollywood Mall, there's cinemas,
00:51there's play centres, there's lots of places to eat. Yeah, probably stay there.
00:58I would say probably Empty Park. Walk up to Folgerown.
01:04We take ours to National Trust places, Attersheffield.
01:09Anywhere in particular?
01:11Well, I don't know. Up to the court, I don't know. Just have a go to it. Just because you've
01:19got a card, don't you?
01:21But you'd think the parks are good as well?
01:23Yeah.
01:24Grace Park, any more than that?
01:26Yeah.
01:27Because I'm here with my children.
01:33We've two grandchildren, ten and eleven, and Beveridge Brook's one of our favourites,
01:39and the Deep in Hull, and Weston Park Museum. We do that quite a lot as well.
01:49I'd say probably, I mean it's good doing the bowling down, just further down there.
01:56Just a day out is quite good, I think. Yeah, that's about it.
