00:00Welcome back to the Tactics Zone, where today we'll be looking ahead to Sunday's trip to Paisley,
00:06and examining how Hibbs can avenge not one but two defeats to St. Mirren in a season of extremes.
00:13David Gray will know exactly what to expect from opponents who line up in a flexible 3-5-2 formation
00:20and press high up the pitch to win turnovers.
00:23They are also clever enough to play through packed defences,
00:26and they've got pace to burn at the top end of the pitch,
00:29meaning even a long ball from the goalkeeper can be a threat.
00:33The last time these teams met, at Easter Road back in November, the visitors ran out 2-1 winners.
00:40It was not a fun day for Hibbs fans,
00:43as Celtic loanee Kwon allowed Connor McMenamin to just wander into the box and score the first of his two goals on the day.
00:51But, of course, the loss in Paisley on the opening weekend of league action was worse.
00:56St. Mirren could effectively score at will in a dismal second half, exposing gaps all over the visiting side.
01:03Hibbs are a changed team these days.
01:06There's good news.
01:08Defensively St. Mirren are vulnerable at set-pieces, and can be undone with deliveries from out wide.
01:14You can get at them using pace on the counter, as Celtic did,
01:19or stretch their back line until gaps appear,
01:22find those killer entry points,
01:24and deliver with accuracy.
01:26Sunday could be made for Martin Boyle's pace through the middle,
01:29and the Catten boys roaming down both wings.
