00:00The Senior Champion Store has gone from strength to strength this season.

00:04We have focused on improving the quality of the venues,

00:09the quality of the participants,

00:11and the quality of the play by virtue of handicap monitoring.

00:15And therefore, we have succeeded on all those three key parameters.

00:19I think we have learned where you provide a quality product, people will come towards it.

00:24There is very little room for a product that does not have a good organisation,

00:31good communication, and a good overall quality.

00:34How has the feedback been from the participants?

00:37Oh, we have been absolutely blown away by the feedback.

00:40The number of comments I get about the quality of the organisation,

00:44the value for money that we provide,

00:46and just the quality of the food and beverage as well as the quality of the golf.

00:50We have just been absolutely blown away by the positive comments we have had from our participants.

00:55And what would you say have been your highlights maybe?

00:58Oh, my highlights. That's a very difficult one because there are so many of them.

01:03I think looking at the joy that golfers feel when they come to our events,

01:08looking at the satisfaction sponsors derive from the exposure that we are able to give them.

01:14Those for me have been essentially the two main areas of comfort to take from this season.

01:21And of course, you must be extremely grateful for the help that the sponsors have given you.

01:26It's tough to run these type of events without their help, isn't it?

01:29Oh, without doubt.

01:30One of the significant advantages we have is that we have excellent sponsors

01:35who continue to support us year on year, which gives us the confidence to do more and more.

01:41And without that, I would say that we would probably struggle.

01:44When's next season kicking off and what can we look forward to for next season?

01:48Well, we've got some really exciting plans for next season, and I want to divulge all of them at this stage.

01:54But the next season should start next September, and we have some very exciting plans to put forward too.

02:00But I'd rather not share them publicly at the moment, purely and simply,

02:04because we need to do a lot of work in the summer to get them delivered.
