00:00Looking back at the numbers, 2019 was 16.73 million tourists, which is record numbers for us.

00:06Obviously, then we had the COVID situation, post-COVID situation, and 2022, finally,

00:10we had started to see great momentum, finally starting to push back towards the numbers that

00:15we had achieved back then. Starting off Q1, we're now almost there, with 4.67 million

00:21tourists coming in versus 4.75. You look at the occupancy from a hotel, 83% in the first Q of

00:28of 2023 versus 84% in 2019. But now we have 30,000 more rooms, right? So it shows you that people

00:36are staying longer in Dubai and they're enjoying Dubai in a much, much bigger way. But still,

00:40China has just come into the market as well. Other markets are still trying to catch up in terms of

00:45capacity, right? All the carriers around the world are trying to hire much faster to get the aircraft

00:49back up in the air as well. So I think for us, if there's anything, that's the limitation.

00:53Our ambition, of course, is, judging by Q1, is to focus on making sure that we get back to

00:592019 numbers as soon as possible. So hopefully this year,

01:02we should be able to achieve those numbers, if not more.
