21:35during the approval of these expenses.

21:39of Veracruz, Chihuahua,
21:41Aguascalientes, Colima and Coahuila
21:43that concentrate resources
21:45for 1,014 million pesos,
21:47that is, almost half of these funds
21:49that need to be clarified
21:51by the Superior Audit of the Federation,
