00:00But I think GCC region, UAE and Saudi in particular,
00:05they have an opportunity to be the talent magnet.
00:07We see a lot of policy initiatives and push that is happening
00:10that can really drive that change.
00:13And then because of just the rapid change in the technology adoption,
00:17anyways, what skill that somebody has learned about 12, 18, 24 months ago,
00:21it's not really relevant.
00:22And you got to keep reskilling and upskilling yourself every 24, 36 months.
00:27So that cycle is really shortening.
00:29And I think that's going to happen.
00:31I want to take it on another level.
00:33The cycle is shortening.
00:35And you need to keep upskilling, et cetera.
00:38So what should children learn in schools and colleges?
00:42That's a great question.
00:43So I think my personal belief there is some things are not
00:47going to change ever.
00:48How do you take a particular technology solution
00:51and apply it to the problem solving?
00:53So the art of problem solving, the art of being
00:55creative and imaginative and using the tools that are at your disposal,
01:00I think that's the core skill.
01:02And I think if children can be taught, and I
01:04think their elders, parents can move them to that direction,
01:10I think those skills are going to be always in need.
01:14And they're always going to drive the innovation and the creativity forward.
01:17Because the tools, the tool sets that we have at our disposal
01:20are going to change.
01:22So for example, people used to learn programming.
01:25And you learn one language in programming.
01:27And then you learn the second and so on and so forth.
01:29But the basic construct is very similar in terms
01:31of how you structure a problem, how you solve for it.
01:33With chat GPT and generative AI and so on, the way we say it now
01:38is English is the new programming language.
01:41So you can write in English.
01:42So it's all about understanding the problem.
01:44What are we trying to solve?
01:45How can we solve it creatively?
01:47How can we think in an unconstrained environment?
01:49I think those are the skills, values, if they can learn, they'll be fine.
