00:19A 21-year-old female rider was killed after a granular truck rolled over on the southbound of Rojas Boulevard in Manila earlier.

00:28According to MDP-EU Chief Police Major Jaime Gonzalez, the incident happened at 6 a.m. but it was 9 a.m. when the victim left the scene.

00:37The incident was investigated by the MPD Traffic Enforcement Unit in front of Palacio de Manila.

00:42The dump truck loaded with sand came from Isiha to Cavite when the accident happened.

00:48The driver was taken to the hospital for examination while the two passengers refused to give their consent because they fell asleep when the accident happened.

00:57The incident that the U.S. Embassy arrived in line of vehicles caused a lot of slowdown in the vehicle traffic.

05:52PNP-CIDG filed complaints inciting to sedition and unlawful utterances against former President Rodrigo Duterte.

06:00This is in line with what the former president said that he will have 15 senators killed in order for his senatorial slate to enter the Senate.

06:07According to PNP-CIDG Chief Police Major General Nicholas Torre III,

06:11these kinds of utterances are no longer allowed which will be considered as a joke.

06:16Duterte should be held accountable for this.

06:19According to the former spokesperson of Duterte, Atty. Salvador Panelo,

06:23he knew that the former president is a joker.

06:26He called Torre an ignorant and questioned if he has nothing else to do that is more productive.

06:33The former president has not yet uttered an utterance.

06:36Meanwhile, the NBI said that they will not investigate the utterances of Duterte because he has not been named as a senator.

06:50that former Negros Oriental Governor Pride Henry Tevez and others be prosecuted

06:56in connection with the killing of former Governor Rowell de Gamo and others in 2023.
