00:15The Local Government of Ligaspi initiated the campaign to prevent teenage pregnancy.

00:21The Youth Summit 2025 was one of the events

00:24that was organized by students from different schools in Ligaspi City, Albay.

00:29The Youth Summit, ma'am, is all about bringing,

00:31is an activity for you,

00:34that we aim to empower them

00:38with knowledge and skills

00:40on the issues and concerns

00:43regarding to you and your genesis.

00:45Among the students,

00:47those who should do

00:49about the changes in their bodies,

00:52avoiding the risk of being raped or using vape,

00:57and sexually transmitted infections,

01:00including HIV AIDS.

01:02So that you can finish your studies,

01:07so that you can find a good job,

01:10to focus on our area,

01:12in our community.

01:14Remind the parents

01:16to continue guiding their children.

01:19And to the parents,

01:21don't forget

01:24to tell your children

01:26that you love them.

01:29Every day,

01:31even if it's just once a day,

01:33even if it's just once a day,

01:35even if it's just a few times,

01:37tell them that you love them.

01:39So that they can feel that you love them.

01:42According to the Ligaspi City Health Office,

01:45182 teenage pregnancy cases

01:49were registered in the city this year 2024.
