00:00You just go straight to the person who they're dating.
00:02You're like, hey, listen, you don't know me.
00:04Tell us who you want to date. We'll make it happen.
00:06Oh, do you know this one?
00:08Check out his background.
00:09You do the trick of, like, you spin around a few times
00:11and then your brain's sort of like...
00:13Guys, I was particularly excited to see your names on the list
00:16for this because I'm a huge fan of both of you
00:18for different reasons.
00:19So, really lovely to have you joining.
00:21What has it been like joining for season two?
00:23Like, when the show's already established,
00:25you know, you've seen everything going ahead,
00:27like, what's it been like?
00:29I think the show was already established
00:31but it had so much more that it was establishing in season two
00:34and we were part of that establishing moment.
00:37So, it kind of felt like it was blank slate
00:41for all of us to walk in and put our own stamp on it, in a way.
00:46For me, it was a very liberating experience.
00:49I don't have any siblings or parents.
00:51I'm just a lonely bird in this season.
00:54So, literally, I don't have, you know,
00:57any family, anything to follow.
00:59I guess you had to all sound like you were part of the same family.
01:03It's great because they could do the work for me
01:06because I was like, so what's the story?
01:08Yeah.
01:09And it was great as well, knowing what the tone is.
01:12When you come into season two, the tone is set up
01:14and that's quite a big thing when you're approaching a new series
01:17or a new project, anything, because no-one really knows.
01:20Maybe the director has an idea, maybe the writer,
01:22the showrunner has an idea.
01:24But when you're coming on season two, it's really clear.
01:26And so that was nice.
01:27I've heard that you did a lot of ad-libbing in here.
01:30I love when ad-libbing...
01:31Ad-libbing and comedy.
01:32...and forgetting the lines.
01:34That just really...
01:35But also comedy.
01:36I don't think...
01:37Were you ad...
01:38Not in my scenes.
01:39No, I took those very seriously.
01:40Oh, no, actually, no, no, no.
01:41It was in my scenes.
01:42Which...
01:43It was in my scenes.
01:44The scene in the bar.
01:45Oh, yes.
01:46You did do a lot of ad-libbing there.
01:47Yeah.
01:48And I was like, got to keep a straight face.
01:50This is a very serious scene in a moment.
01:52That was...
01:53I was playing drunk, this one, in a bar.
01:55In a bar, you'd probably imagine.
01:57And...
01:58Which is really hard anyway.
01:59And so you're sort of...
02:00Your brain...
02:01You do the trick of, like, you spin around a few times
02:03and then your brain's sort of like...
02:05Addled anyway.
02:06Is that an acting technique?
02:07Yeah, it's probably just like from when you're a kid.
02:09Does that not make you dizzy?
02:11When you're a kid, you can deal with spinning and tumbling
02:13and all of that, I think, way better.
02:15Yeah, that's true.
02:16When you get older, you can kind of...
02:17Yeah, that is true, yeah.
02:18Maybe it's not an acting technique,
02:19more just like a...
02:20It's just a feeling.
02:21Hangover from being a child, yeah.
02:22It's like, yeah, it's fine.
02:24I'm curious, what are you guys like
02:26in terms of being investigative?
02:28Like, I was talking to the others,
02:29like, you know, everyone has a friend
02:31who is very good at finding out information...
02:33A sleuth.
02:34Yes, someone else.
02:35What are you like?
02:36I don't think I do that.
02:37No, I don't think I have the mind...
02:38I can only focus on one thing at a time.
02:40Yeah, me too.
02:41And even that is pretty...
02:42I don't know about focus,
02:43but it can have my attention for a bit.
02:45And I feel like you need to have, like...
02:47You know, like the...
02:48You've got the corkboard with all the strings going...
02:50Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:51I'd never be that person.
02:52But I enjoy having a person on set who does that.
02:54And I've had that in the past.
02:56I just don't want to be part
02:57of actually repeating any of that information.
02:59But you have someone who sleuths for you.
03:01Not for me, just...
03:02This is their personality, and they love doing it.
03:04And then they come back and tell me,
03:05but do you know this one?
03:06Check out his background.
03:07These are all the hook-ups?
03:08I was like, OK.
03:09That is what you mean.
03:10But no, I haven't...
03:11I don't know how to do it.
03:13No.
03:14But I definitely feel like people feel safe enough
03:16to come and tell me a lot of stuff,
03:17so I love that.
03:18I mean, that's great as well.
03:19Yeah.
03:20Are you good at that?
03:21I mean, I feel like every girl,
03:22when you're in a girl group,
03:23you're all good at, like,
03:25investigating who your friend's dating
03:28and stuff like that.
03:29It kind of comes with being...
03:30I think I just ask directly.
03:32You just go straight to the person
03:33who they're dating?
03:34You're like, hey, listen,
03:35you don't know me.
03:38No, I just ask directly,
03:39like, who are you dating?
03:41Is there something going on?
03:42Sure, but then you've got to get behind...
03:44Yeah, I know, I know.
03:45But I like your direct approach.
03:47Maybe we'll try that sometime.
03:48I love that.
03:49Just ask them.
03:50Just ask them.
03:51And in here,
03:52obviously there's a lot
03:53of fancy high society parties,
03:55but it's clear that Grace
03:56is more a fan of, like,
03:58the karaoke side of things.
03:59We see her.
04:00So for you two,
04:01do you prefer a fancy party
04:02or are you more like,
04:03let's keep it casual, guys,
04:04pub, karaoke, that side?
04:06I'm a pyjama girl.
04:07Don't have me dress up,
04:09wear high heels.
04:10I'll come anywhere if you tell me.
04:13The dress code is pyjamas
04:14and I'm actually more of a home,
04:16let's hang out in someone's home person.
04:18I don't want to make
04:19the effort of doing
04:20all of the other stuff.
04:21I also hate taking
04:22my makeup off at night.
04:23It's just such a chore.
04:24Oh my God,
04:25it's like looking in a mirror.
04:26It's like a girl
04:27after my own heart.
04:28Isn't it so boring?
04:29It's boring.
04:30Well, it's the thing,
04:31it's really,
04:32maybe I'm old before my time,
04:33I just can't hear anyone
04:34when it's a really, like...
04:35You can't hear anyone?
04:36At like a loud place you mean?
04:37Yeah, like,
04:38I can't,
04:39this seems pointless.
04:40I'd love to engage with you,
04:41but I can't actually hear
04:43because it's so loud.
04:44So you're like,
04:45nice dinner party kind of vibes.
04:47It doesn't need to be nice.
04:48Yeah, just cozy.
04:49Take the nice out of it.
04:50Cozy, right?
04:51Yeah.
04:52Just cozy and comfortable
04:53and nice, safe place
04:54where you can't talk about anything.
04:55So long as there's food.
04:56Dinner.
04:57And this,
04:58we can just chat like this.
04:59We can all hear each other.
05:00This is lovely.
05:01I can look up the person
05:02that you're dating.
05:03Who I'm dating?
05:04Just give him a call.
05:05Yeah, that's it.
05:06Just give him a call.
05:07I'll give you his number
05:08right now if there's no one.
05:09It's fine.
05:11Tell us who you want to date.
05:12We'll make it happen.
05:13Oh,
05:14who do I want to date?
05:15Oliver Jackson Cohen.
05:16I know Oliver Jackson Cohen,
05:17so we can...
05:18I mean,
05:19I'm not going to say no.
05:20Let's do that.
05:21Maybe let's keep that off camera.
05:23Alright guys,
05:24lovely to meet you.
05:25Thank you so much.
05:26Good luck with season two.
