04:31One thing, two things actually. This is not a dig at my husband. I think this is just the difference between most men and women's brains. Parents.
04:40Since having my husband at home, he is not anymore.
04:43He showers in the morning.
04:45I haven't thought about showering in the morning in years.
04:49Because my husband knows that at some time in the morning, he will be given the opportunity to just disconnect and go for a shower.
04:56Which I could never do.
04:58Because if I'm not with the kids, I'm cleaning up after the kids.
05:02Or I'm doing something, like I've never sat down.
05:04It's just, it's constant.
05:05So I'd never think to shower in the morning because that takes up time when I could be doing something.
05:10So yeah, showering in the morning with three young kids under the age of five is crazy to me.
05:15Another thing I've noticed, and this is the reason why I'm watching Handmaid's Tale, is my husband has watched multiple box sets.
05:22I haven't thought about being able to have the time to watch a box set in so long.
05:29It wouldn't have crossed my mind that I would be able to dedicate any time of my life to sitting and watching a box set.
05:36I used to watch them all the time.
05:37But it's so funny how men can just disconnect.
05:41I'm not saying that my husband is not extremely hands-on.
05:43My husband has been a very big primary carer for our children because I've been so busy at work.
05:49It's just funny how their brains work.
05:51So I am watching Handmaid's Tale again.
05:54We'll see how long it takes me because I'm normally so tired by the evening.
05:57And I don't get into bed till nine-ish because I have to clean up, like, the kitchen.
