00:00Good afternoon from the John Smith Stadium. The full-time whistle has blown here.
00:04The final score, Huddersfield Town 0, Peterborough United 1.
00:07And it was a really, really poor display from the Terriers.
00:10It felt like a real opportunity for Michael Duff's side to make a little bit of a statement today.
00:15Going into the game after one draw, two wins in the league,
00:19Peterborough have really struggled this season, spent a lot of time looking over their shoulders.
00:23And Huddersfield just didn't show up from the first minute really.
00:27There was an early indication that the Terriers wanted to press really high, force mistakes from the Peterborough backline.
00:33But Peterborough settled into the game and Huddersfield just couldn't do that.
00:36The Strikers, Callum Marshall and Josh Kerroman really struggled to get involved in the game.
00:42The midfield battle very much won by Peterborough.
00:45And the distribution in terms of the passing from the backline was really, really disappointing to see.
00:51Really, really poor.
00:52And it was quite telling. Huddersfield and Michael Duff have maybe got some issues with squad depth now.
00:56Because Rodinho Bolka, a player who's been played by injury since signing for Huddersfield, was forced off by injury.
01:02They actually ended the game without a single centre-back on the pitch.
01:06That was because Nigel Lonewyke also substituted in the second half.
01:11Not exactly sure the reasoning for that yet, but we will soon find out from Michael Duff.
01:15But yeah, all in all, a really poor day at the office for Huddersfield.
01:18Final score at the John Smith Stadium, Huddersfield town nil, Peterborough United won.
