00:00Hello, it's Graeme Bean from the Scotsman at Twickenham where England have just reclaimed
00:05the Kolkata Cup after 5 years. They've beaten Scotland 16-15 in a very close match at the
00:13Allianz Stadium. Scotland actually outscored England by 3 tries to 1 but it wasn't enough.
00:19Ultimately a missed conversion by Finn Russell right at the death meant that England hang
00:25on to win 16-15. Scotland took the lead and they led 10-7 at half time. Two tries from
00:33Ben White first of all and then one from Hugh Jones. Tommy Freeman got one back for England
00:38in between converted by Marcus Smith so it was 10-7 to Scotland at half time. It should
00:45be more, Scotland dominated the first half, played some great rugby, scored two wonderful
00:49team tries but it wasn't quite enough to build up a big enough advantage. England came back
00:55into it after the break, Marcus Smith knocked over a couple of penalties and then Finn Smith
01:00landed one from close to the halfway line to put England 16-10 up. Scotland came back
01:05in the game and Doohan Van Der Meurwer scored a great try with two minutes to go. His seventh
01:12try against England, that made it 16-15. Russell had a tricky conversion from out wide, he couldn't
01:19land it, pulled it wide and that was enough for England to win. Final score, England 16, Scotland 15.
