00:37A puneraria in Kalasyao, Pangasinan was scammed for P1,000.

00:43According to the caretaker of the puneraria, someone called them on February 10

00:48to ask about their service.

00:51The mother of the call died in a hospital in Metro Manila.

00:55That day at noon, the scammer called again because his uncle died in another hospital in San Carlos City.

01:04The problem is, the body of his uncle cannot be taken out because the hospital bill has not been paid yet.

01:12That's why the puneraria gave the man money in full, which amounted to P23,700.

01:19When the puneraria was about to take the body to the hospital, he said there's no record on it.

01:25It's like we were hypnotized sir. We were not able to get the identity and the hospital bill. We were not able to ask for it.

01:33The police would like to remind everyone to pay attention to those who are talking or making transactions to avoid this incident.
