00:18Yes, Naomi, the Armed Forces of the Philippines approved the exemption of America from foreign aid in the Philippines.

00:30In particular, the US$336 billion was invested for the modernization of the Philippine security forces,

00:45It should be remembered that US President Donald Trump ordered the temporary freeze and transfer of all their foreign aid as part of his fiscal policy.

01:29This will include activities on sea, air, and land, and even our support systems, cyber and other areas.

01:37Meanwhile, Naomi, the Armed Forces of the Philippines clarified that there was no hacking in the Philippine Army and Philippine Navy.

01:45Although there was illegal access, the AFP assured that there was no data that was compromised.

01:53What we can say is that we know the IP address that they used, we know where they are, we know who they are, and that's all part of the investigation.

02:05The whole Navy IT infrastructure was not breached at all, and we are further ensuring that no other breaches will be occurring anytime soon.
