A U.S. judge has declined the Associated Press's request to immediately regain access to presidential events after the Trump administration barred it. The agency refused to change its style to the Gulf of America after President Donald Trump renamed it with an executive order. The AP argues the ban is retaliatory and infringes on First Amendment rights. Judge Trevor McFadden determined the AP had not demonstrated irreparable harm and scheduled another hearing for March 20.
