00:00Tom Ball from Death's Lodge. Very hard to pick one, but I think it's the Great Hall
00:15at Beacon Tower, because it just feels like a very special, magical space when you're
00:20in there, but it's also incredibly productive, got the right tech, and you can have really
00:25good meetings in there. Working with amazing people, the fact that you get to choose the
00:30people you work with, but also you get a lot of influence over the customers you work with,
00:34and I guess the second best thing would be to work at somewhere like Death's Lodge and
00:38work with those people. The biggest trend we're seeing at the moment is companies trying
00:53to work out how they're going to deal with hybrid, so companies that have been full-time
00:56trying part-time, companies that have been part-time going remote, people that are remote
00:59coming part-time, and so we're getting a lot of people that are taking a part-time office
01:04so they can have their own private office one or two days a week, and then using that
01:07as a testing ground. Controversially, I think the thing people love most about being in
01:12office is getting stuff done. Going somewhere that makes you really productive is why most
01:18people like going to work. Obviously, the community, the people, the environment has
01:22a huge impact, but fundamentally it's being productive that is the best bit.
