Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders says that "history repeats itself over and over" and that this will be the case for whichever NFL franchise drafts him in order to turn around their culture or use him as the face of a rebuild. The Tennessee Titans have spoken with Sanders and could certainly use someone with this much not only talent, but also confidence and leadership.

00:00How's everybody doing?
00:05He's great.
00:07I'm truly thankful and
00:08glad that he was my last year officer coordinator.
00:12I've been through six different OCs, so
00:14I'm able to adjust to any office and every scheme and make it work.
00:19We went from Jackson State to Colorado and changed two programs back to back.
00:25So you don't think I could come to NFL franchise and change the program again?
00:30It's history, we've done it again.
00:31It's always gonna repeat itself.
00:33I'm able to adapt to all different types of personalities.
00:36But the truly thing that I know is I know what I want and
00:39I know what's gonna make me succeed.
00:41So that's these conversations with the coaches, with the GMs and
00:44understanding, look, this is how I'm gonna get on track.
00:48Cuz I tried everybody's way, I tried every different style, every different way.
00:52So I know what works for me and what makes me play my best.
00:56They put a lot of hard work in to get to this point.
00:59So it's kudos to them, it's truly respect, but
01:02I know what I bring to the table.
01:04Choudhury, you set New York abu-
01:08That's the plan, if that's not what you're trying to do, don't get me.
01:12If you ain't trying to change the franchise or the culture, don't get me.
01:16So you should know history repeats itself over and over and over.
01:19And I've done it over and over and over.
01:21So it should be no question why NFL franchise should pick.
01:25Excuse me, say that one more time.
01:31Just like something that necessarily doesn't come out of your film.
01:34It's something that's really important to you that's really important to you.
01:37I'd say being a leader, that's my best trait overall because everything's mental.
01:44So if I play my game from the neck up, I gotta be able to adjust to my players,
01:49to have them have related ability for them to get to know me,
01:53for us to make everything smooth.
01:55So I came from an HB student, I went power five.
01:59Those two type of different players and it's very diverse and
02:03getting to know people, talk to people, and making everything genuine.
02:08So the path and everything I had, even with dad being a coach,
02:13it's still been a challenge, it's still been everything because he's my dad.
02:17So you can never wanna come off a certain way to people.
02:20So that's why when I'm here interacting with people, I love interacting with
02:24people because so they could truly get to know me and
02:27not just know clicks or anything like that.
02:29They can phase me, no pressure, no situation.
02:31These cameras, nothing fazed me.
02:33I grew up with it.
02:34Shador, what about the receipt?
02:36I fantasized going to Travis Hunter,
02:40LeJonte Wester, Will Shepard, and Jimmy Horn.
