Calls for more perpetrator-focused programs to prevent growing family and domestic violence

As governments have increased their responses to family and domestic violence, much of the focus has been on supporting victim-survivors through times of crisis. But there are growing calls for more investment in changing perpetrator's behavior in a bid to avoid situations reaching crisis point.
