'Positive movement' in US-Ukraine relationship, says Zelenskyy ahead of EU Summit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the two sides have been working on an upcoming meeting, after the US announced it paused intelligence sharing with Ukraine.

00:00Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said there have been positive developments in talks
00:07with the U.S. and that both sides are working on a meeting in the near future.
00:12It comes as the U.S. paused its intelligence sharing with Ukraine, a decision which Trump
00:17administration officials said was part of the broader push for Zelensky to negotiate
00:22a peace deal with Russia.
00:24Zelensky added that positive talks between Washington and Kyiv mean it may only be a
00:28short suspension.
00:50Zelensky added that he had spoken with the leaders of the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia
00:54and Germany ahead of Thursday's EU summit in Brussels.
00:59Many of the bloc's leaders have emphasised the need for stronger support for Ukraine
