Officials say there's no danger of radiation leaks after a fire at the Maanshan Nuclear Plant in southern Taiwan. The fire began when sparks from construction work ignited a cooling tower and has since been extinguished by firefighters. The tower was offline at the time, and the plant is generating power as normal.
