00:00We are in Florencio Varela, the place where the bodies of Paloma and Yosué were found.
00:06At the moment, investigations are being carried out by the Centralized Prosecutor's Office,
00:12and also by the DDI.
00:14They went directly to the field to carry out a reconstruction of the event,
00:20of what happened a month and several days ago.
00:23Let's remember that Paloma and Yosué were reported missing on January 30,
00:28and on February 2, their bodies were found here in this field, in Florencio Varela.
00:33We are at the moment doing the reconstruction, Luis,
00:36where they both came by hand, walking, as we see in the images,
00:40down this street that crosses the rocky railway tracks.
00:44We are just two meters from the forest station.
00:47They came by hand, straight to this field.
00:50They had an excuse to go to the gym every day at six in the afternoon,
00:54and sometimes they would deviate and come here, to this field,
00:58to be able to chat a little, to be alone.
01:01The family knew about this affair, although Paloma's family,
01:06the father in particular, in the first days said that they were friends.
01:09But before the trial, they declared that they knew about this affair.
01:14So, Paloma and Yosué came to this field,
01:17that January 30, around six and a half in the afternoon,
01:21and it was here, in this place, that she also has several complaints
01:25for attempt to take over the land.
01:27This is a gigantic building.
01:29Let's look at the place. It has 10 hectares in total.
01:32It is along the provincial route number 36,
01:35and we have found, I came exactly a month ago,
01:38we have found precarious beds, mattresses, blankets.
01:42Obviously, there are people who live in this place
01:45in super, super humble and precarious conditions.
01:48So, more people lived in this place
01:51at the time when Yosué and Paloma entered this building.
01:55What are they trying to do now? A reconstruction of the fact,
01:57because the prosecutor has changed.
01:59Hernán Bustos Rivas, who was in charge of the investigation
02:02in the first instance, and now Dario Provisionato is in charge.
02:07He is the prosecutor of prosecution number one,
02:10who had a radical change in the cause.
02:14Now I'm going to tell you, Luis.
02:16Yes.
02:17No, no, tell me, tell me, Celmira, yes.
02:21There is a detainee, when he takes this case,
02:24Dario, of prosecution number one,
02:26he gets an alert from the cell phones,
02:29from the cell phone in particular of Yosué.
02:33An email is activated.
02:35The email is like the identification code of the cell phone.
02:39It's like a unique documentation.
02:41An email is activated, very similar to that of Yosué,
02:45in Río Negro.
02:47Thanks to the police of the place of Río Negro,
02:51and to this prosecution, they made several raids
02:53and arrested a man from Río Negro
02:55and brought him here, to Florencio Varela, to testify.
02:59Now, the prosecution has to confirm
03:02if this email is from Yosué and what relationship it has.
03:05We know that the father of this detainee,
03:07look at this coincidence,
03:09is an evangelical pastor.
03:11So now, the prosecution continues to investigate
03:13and we stay in place for more news.
