00:00Don, what does it feel like to be a stud of the sea?
00:04Not from you.
00:07I mean, Ryan's imagination is prolific and bizarre in its ability to hold the absolutely grotesque and absurd
00:18and then his lighter, happier shows and that all of that is inside of one man's imagination is amazing.
00:24And I will say for myself, one of the things I have wanted to work for Ryan for quite a long time
00:29because one of the things that I love about his shows is the dialogue and how he keeps things moving
00:34and the dialogue is always at a pace, always crackles, it doesn't kind of get dragged down like this.
00:40And then this show in particular is on the light side of his imagination.
00:44So we very much by intention for this entire season, you know, the hours can get long
00:50and my brain has definitely gone to mush a couple of times,
00:55but we make sure that we keep on reminding each other to have fun with it.
00:59His word was sparkle, make sure that my show sparkles.
01:02And we have tried to make sure that this show sparkles as much as possible
01:06and just hope that the joy that we feel in performing it and doing it all together
01:10is what comes across while you're watching it at home.
01:14You know, I did. I've done quite a bit of work on the water and racing and and filming on the water for that matter.
01:24And so I have I have an easy relationship with it.
01:28And I've always had a natural ability for authority and expressing it.
01:34And that's what I do.
01:36I would like to say most people pay attention to that.
01:40I believe I'm about to pay you a compliment here.
01:43Well, now I'm not.
01:45I'm I think that the stud of the sea studied Don Johnson.
01:49Johnson did not study the study of the sea.
01:51Wow.
01:52I can see that.
01:54All right. I take it all back.
01:56I mean, Nisi Nash would be badass.
01:58We could get Nisi Nash on the show.
02:00So that's a grotesque re-crossover.
02:01I'm good with that.
02:02That would work.
02:03It would be fun.
02:04I don't know if they've revealed any plot details for All's Fair yet.
02:07Have they?
02:08Oh.
02:09But to have a legal to have a legal crossover type.
02:12Okay.
02:13Cool.
02:14This is the perfect one.
02:15We've got their their law firm.
02:17Whomever.
02:18Yeah.
02:19Their whole law firm goes on a company retreat.
02:21Yeah.
02:22Love it.
02:23To the Odyssey.
02:24We just wrote it.
02:25Nailed it.
02:26Or it's or it's a divorce lawyer conference.
02:28Avery and I get married and then immediately realize it's a terrible mistake.
02:33We hire their law firm.
02:35Yeah.
02:36And then hijinks ensue.
02:37Yeah.
02:38And then Glenn Close has to somehow deal with it.
02:39I don't think you want to run that story.
02:41No.
02:42Too real.
