13:48e-adilu huwa karab li taqwa
13:50agar adal nahi hai
13:52toh poora nizam tabaho barbaad ho jata hai
13:54phir aap dekhe na ahal afraad jo hain
13:56wo uhudon par mutmakin ho jate hain
13:58toh woh ahaliyat kahan pehda karenge
14:00phir aap dekhe jab
14:02rishwat ka bazaar garam hota hai
14:04toh muashirti nahamwari pehda hoti hai
14:06phir ghurbat janam leti hai
14:08kaadal-fakro-yakuna-kufran
14:10phir corruption ka bazaar garam hota hai
14:12awami itimaat khatam ho jata hai
14:14jaraim aur bad amni mein azaafa hota hai
14:16aur yahan takke awami sahoolat
14:18jo hoti hai
14:20woh tabaho barbaad ho jati hai
14:22ab dekhe main yahan ek hadith-e-ba
14:24agar aap ijazat ho toh Bukhari Sharif ke rizq karna chahiye
14:26main pehle chahunga ek chhota sa waqfah le le
14:28aur phir hadith-e-mubarakah lete hain
14:30nazareen, ek chhota sa waqfah hain, amare saath rahi hain
14:32jee nazareen, khusham dev kehte hain
14:34waqfah ke baad aapko dekh rahein

15:18acha kareem aaka alaihis-salatu-salaam ne na sirf usse
15:20infiraadi torpe yeh baat ki, balke kareem aaka alaihis-salatu-salaam
15:22mimbar pe tasheeb laaye
15:24aur mimbar pe tasheeb laa ke aap ne firmaaya
15:26ki main kisi ko aamil bana kar bejiyun
15:28aur aage se yeh baat kahe ki yeh mera hai
15:30yeh aapka hai, toh kareem aaka alaihis-salatu-salaam

16:34but collectively
16:36on the whole society
16:38it has social and psychological
16:40impacts
16:42due to which the society
16:44goes towards destruction
16:46and restlessness
16:48the concept of bribery
16:50that we have kept
16:52it has many forms
16:54first of all its definition
16:56what is the definition of bribery?
16:58A person's
17:00or another person's
17:02work
17:04to make it lawful or unlawful
17:06the compensation given
17:08is called bribery
17:10in our minds
17:12bribery is only related to
17:14currency notes
17:16but in modern times
17:18it has different forms
17:20like gifting a car
17:22or giving a bungalow
17:24these are different forms
17:26that are found in our society
17:28now one more thing
17:30we combine bribery and gift
17:32bribery and gift
17:34in the gift, there is no intention
17:36that I am providing this thing to someone
17:38so instead of this
17:40he will do this work for me
17:42whereas in bribery
17:44the intention is that I am providing this

17:48he will do this work for me
17:50so in Shariah

17:56there are three parts of bribery
17:58one is Rashi
18:00second is Murtashi and third is bribery
18:02Rashi is the one who is giving the bribe

18:10our jurists
18:12have used their jurisprudence
18:14and they have stated
18:16that in some cases
18:18it becomes lawful to give bribe
18:20in some cases
18:22to get rid of oppression
18:24to achieve one's actual goal
18:26if you are eligible for something
18:28but you are not able to receive it
18:30then on that basis
18:32the jurists have stated
18:34that the person can give the amount
18:36but Murtashi
18:38the matter of taking bribe
18:40is not lawful in any case
18:42it is Haram
18:44and in the Holy Quran
18:46and in the Hadith of the Prophet
18:48it has been criticized
18:50a lot
18:52the Prophet has said
18:54that the body that is raised on Haram wealth
18:56on the Day of Judgement
18:58will be like hell

25:46the criminal becomes common
