00:12The victims of extrajudicial killings are happy

00:16because the authorities arrested the former President Rodrigo Duterte

00:21after the arrest warrant came out from the International Criminal Court.

00:24For Chuhi Niquian de los Santos, Randy de los Santos,

00:28his family also waited for a long time for the arrest of the former President.

00:32However, this is not only for them,

00:36but also for all the children who lost their loved ones.

00:39Chuhi Niquian hopes that the former President Duterte will be given due process.

00:44I hope that the former President will be given his rights,

00:49the rights of everyone.

00:50All the rights that the law gives should be given to the former President.

01:00shared their story of their search for justice.

01:32At 3 p.m., the President of the Founder of the Program Paghilom,

01:35Father Flaviano Villanueva SVD,

01:37held a Thanksgiving Mass at Sacred Heart Parish Shrine in Quezon City

01:41where the children of the EJK victims were brought to the previous administration.

01:46For Father Flavio,

01:47the arrest of the former President is considered a victory against evil.

01:52He also believes that the ICC has no bias.

01:56I am hopeful that in the next few days,

02:01those who are in charge of the house of darkness and death,

02:06I am hopeful that those who are in charge, those who died,

02:21It was discovered that at the funeral of Father Flaviano Villanueva SVD

02:23at Lalaoma Cemetery in Calaocan City yesterday afternoon,

02:26the 18 victims of the war on drugs

02:29were exhumed and their bodies were placed under an autopsy.
