00:00Personally I don't smoke, but I feel like too many young people smoke these days and they don't know the real effects
00:06Especially with vapes, they don't know what's inside, they don't know what the consequences are
00:11And we're going to find out in the future, so I feel like I would be happy to support any campaign to stop smoking
00:16Because it's for the greater good of the community, so yeah
00:19So I personally don't see any problem with vaping
00:23I know people say that it's potentially harmful
00:26But anything that we ingest into our body is potentially harmful
00:31So although I've never vaped myself, I don't see any problem with it
00:36I think it's possible to give up vaping and smoking
00:40I do think it's on the rise because it's a massive cultural thing
00:43Especially going out, like nights out, vaping is just the same as getting alcohol and drinking
00:48So I think it's probably on the rise
00:51But then at the same time, because we're both pharmacy students
00:54Awareness around stopping smoking and vaping is increasing a lot I think
