01:20Yes, I'll put my phone here
01:30What we're trying to do is make sure that the seniors have a safe location to shop because it becomes a manhouse after a certain time. So the first hour we've given to them as seniors only, we try and have the store spotless before they come in. They are the target of this virus and so we're trying to work as strong as we can.
02:00What we do is, people are able to submit
02:29requests online for grocery delivery, pharmaceutical deliveries, whatever it is that they need
02:34from outside if they don't want to go out, and we send a volunteer to pick it up for
02:38them.
02:39We make sure to minimize physical contact, so all money is slid under the door, the groceries
02:42are left outside, they're sanitized before they're left, but we also want to keep that
02:47social aspect.
02:48So we have volunteers call the people, you know, check in with them, confirm their order,
02:51and then say, hey, how's your day going?
02:53How are you doing?
02:54I think what's extraordinary about what you're doing, Liam, is that it's focusing on really
03:00neighbor to neighbor, and I think that, unfortunately, a crisis like this very often brings out the
03:07very best.
03:09I can't shake your hand.
03:10I'm not allowed to, am I?
03:11You're not allowed to.
03:12No.
03:13So tell me, you spent your pocket money on all of this?
03:26Yes.
03:27How much did it cost you?
03:29About a fortune.
04:13Happy birthday, dear Gwendolyn, happy birthday to you.
04:35You can't go inside to see her, because she's quarantined in.
04:39We're surprised.
04:40Oh, I think my daughter, Annette, too.
04:41They're all there.
04:42Yeah.
04:43Yeah.
