00:19Overpass in E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in Quezon City has become a mess and a mess of people.

00:30According to a concerned citizen.

00:35The evidence that was confirmed by our lens when we went to the place,

00:41on the left and right, the garbage in the overpass.

00:43It looked like it was thrown away because of the garbage that we threw away.

00:49Your fellow Action Man fell asleep in the Quezon City Sanitation and Cleanup Works Department

00:55when the maintenance team immediately sent it to the place.

00:58The team leader explained that they regularly clean the overpass.

01:02But there are people who stay there at night.

01:05They said that they can't guard it for 24 hours.

01:09The Quezon City Sanitation and Cleanup Works Department promised to monitor the overpass

01:16so that both groups can have a say in their offices.
